As soon as the machines are delivered in the customer facility, we assign a dedicated engineer to begin the installation procedure in a convenient date to customer. After completing the Installation, our engineer hands over the installation report to customer which contains all the details related to machines like Serial No, Warranty Time, Spares, etc., If any damages found in the delivered machine, Our Engineer sends the photo proof to the concern supplier and gets the replacement. Our technical team visits the site to inspect the work done by Installation Team and give a final approval to the customer to begin production.
Warranty is covered as per the norm provide by the supplier and warranty period starts from the date of installation of the machine. Instant claim is prodived to all the machines under warranty period, if the machine serial no and Invoice no provided by the customer. Both Replacement Warranty and Service Warranty are covered as per the norms of the supplier.
